Training Attendance Sheet

Training Evaluation Form

Enrollment:  It is very important to reserve your space for every training you plan to attend.  Reserving your space ensures that enough training materials and space will be available for all attendees.  It will also ensure that you will be contacted if a training is postponed or cancelled, or if the location or time has been changed.

New Training Policy - Effective 2-05-10:  If a training is full and you have not officially enrolled in the class, you may arrive at the training and patiently wait to find out if you can fill the spot of a "no show."  If all official enrollees show up, it is possible that you will be turned away and will NOT be able to attend the training.  This is primarily due to space and resource limitations.  Please do not advise staff or foster parents to "just show up," unless you also inform them of this new policy.

New Training Policy - Effective 7-01-10:  If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to any RCS-sponsored training, you may be asked to leave and therefore not receive training credit.  It is at the discretion of the trainer, Training Coordinator and/or the HR Supervisor to decide if a late attendee will receive training credit.
