Therapeutic Residential Counselor: On-call/ Non-Exempt/ $10-$14 DOE/ Job#05-TRC
Seeking applicants for our residential group homes in Lake & Mendocino Counties. Will provide direct care and supervision of each individual child in a group home setting under the supervision of the Program Supervisor. Bachelor degree preferred, not required and/or experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting. This is a great way to start your career if you are looking to work in the Social Services field.

Responsible to assist the Program Supervisor with staff training, scheduling, schools and other related duties. Will assist with facilitation of staff meetings, coordinate staff scheduling and training. Montors interaction and behaviors of youth in order to provide daily structure. Profide direct care and supervision of youth in a group home setting under the supervision of the Program Supervisor. Must have a Bachelors degree plus 1-3 months related experience; or Associates degree plus 6-months; or high school/GED plus at least 1-year experience working in a residential group home and the ability to act as lead staff member in the absence of the Program Supervisor.  Salary is based on months of full time experience along with educational credentials.

Mendocino County FFA is seeking a full time Case Manager. Will assist in Therapeutic interventions, facilitate use of community resources, and maintain client well-being in foster homes. Will be required to be in on-call rotation once every 3-months nights & weekends. Must have Masters degree in social science related field, two years experience in social welfare or Bachelor degree with enrollment in Masters degree program with approved exemption from CCL. Bilingual preferred, not required.

Provide after hours and on-call support for youth in independent living program apartments. Must have experience with young adults or other supportive housing environment. Must be able to use personal vehicle for agency use, no more than 2-points on driver record. Applicant will reside in 1-bedroom apartment at complex, salary+ discounted rent will be provided.
