Therapeutic Residential Counselor: On-call/ Non-Exempt/ $10-$14 DOE/ Job#05-TRC

Will provide direct care and supervision of each individual child in a group home setting under the supervision of the Program Supervisor. Bachelor degree preferred, not required and/or experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting. Will assist with facilitation of staff meetings, coordinate staff scheduling and training. Montors interaction and behaviors of youth in order to provide daily structure. Profide direct care and supervision of youth in a group home setting under the supervision of the Program Supervisor. Must have a Bachelors degree plus 1-3 months related experience; or Associates degree plus 6-months; or high school/GED plus at least 1-year experience working in a residential group home and the ability to act as lead staff member in the absence of the Program Supervisor. Salary is based on months of full time experience along with educational credentials.
