TRAINING POLICIES - PLEASE READ

1. Training Policy re: Enrollment - Effective 2-05-10:  If a training is full and you have not officially enrolled in the training, you may arrive at the training and wait to find out if you can fill the spot of a "no show."  If all official enrollees attend, it is possible that you may be turned away and will not be able to attend the training. This is primarily due to space and resource limitations. Please do not advise staff or foster parents to "just show up," unless you also inform them of this policy.

2. Training Policy re: Tardiness - Effective 7-01-10:  It is very important to arrive to trainings on time. It is at the discretion of the trainer, the Training Coordinator and/or the HR Supervisor to decide if a late attendee (15 minutes or more) will receive training credit.

3. Training Policy re: No Shows - Effective 12-15-10: If you are enrolled in a training and do not inform the Training Coordinator prior to the training that you cannot attend, your name will be forwarded to Human Resources, your Supervisor and to Leadership.
