Dan Anderson is a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) and Assistant Clinical Director for RCS. He has 20 years of experience through private practice, as a social worker for Children’s Protective Services, and as an RCS Supervisor and Assistant Clinical Director. He specializes in mental health program development, organizational development, and working directly with at-risk youth in group and individual settings. Dan received his BA degree from Pacific Union College in 1976, and his MA degree from the University of San Francisco in 1995. Lic#41549.
Bonnie Anderson is a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) and Senior Licensed Clinician and Program Supervisor for RCS. She has 20 years of experience through private practice, as a social worker for Children’s Protective Services, Clinician Supervisor, and Treatment Team Coordinator. She specializes in mental health program development, organizational development, and working directly with at-risk youth in group and individual settings. Bonnie received her BS degree in Psychology from California State University, Hayward in 1982, as well as her MA degree in Counseling in 1989. Lic #38595.
Angie Hernandez has been the Human Resources Supervisor for RCS since 1999. She has specialized training in: Labor Law Update (2007); Preventing Harassment in the Workplace (2008); FMLA Compliance (2008); HIPAA Made Easy (2009); and has her certificate from the State of California Commission of Teacher Credentialing. Angie is currently finishing her AA degree in Business at Mendocino Community College.
Lorraine Montano is the Assistant Director of Programs for RCS. She has 26 years of experience of working with and developing programs for at-risk youth. She has worked in other positions for RCS (Program Director, Program Supervisor, and Intake Coordinator) since 1997, as well as other programs as Senior Program Manager and Child Care Worker since 1984. Lorraine has her Group Home Certification and received her BA degree in Social Work from California State University, Chico in 1983.
Joan Rousseau is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), who in addition to supervision and training, has been an organizational consultant for Redwood Children’s Services since 2004. She also has her own private practice. Joan has 23 years of experience working with and developing programs and services for children and families. She has specialized training in Positive Parenting, Family Therapy Techniques, Collaborative Problem Solving, Suicide Prevention and Families Under the Influence. Joan received her BA degree from the University of Massachusetts (Boston), and her MA degree from Sacramento State University. Lic#12470.
Timothy Schraeder is a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) and Clinical Director for RCS. He has 27 years of experience in clinical management of group homes, 11 years experience in private therapy practice, as well as 9 years experience in the clinical management of mental health counseling center. Tim specializes in consulting for at-risk youth, developing treatment plans, and overseeing treatment plan implementation. He is also Redwood Coast Regional Center (RCRC) client vendor approved. Tim received his BA degree from Occidental College in 1969, and his MA degree from Sonoma State University in 1985. Lic#21834.
