RCS has a unique program that is based in the philosophy of community integrated living.  All of our current programs share the belief that with proper support services and a community of people that are dedicated to a common goal, we will successfully make a difference in the lives of the children and youth in our community. RCS joins the child welfare movement toward permanency and well-being, and has extended it's programs and services with the involvement of county partners working collaboratively to insure the best possible outcomes for our most vulnerable population.
